We ask for a $150 advertising deposit to begin marketing your property.  A detailed invoice of advertising will be included with your statement.  If your property is vacant or once your tenants put in their notice to vacate, the following advertising is offered to you at no additional cost…

• A sign is posted in the unit with a phone number to call to schedule showings.

• A lock box is placed on the property for easy access for showings.

• Our trucks are lettered with our web address and phone number as moving bill boards.

• Our vacant property listing is updated and given to potential tenants.

• Our listings are faxed to the local housing authorities, Buckley Air Force housing office and the University Hospital housing office.

These options are available to you for an additional charge… We recommend listing your property on paid web sites.  Our current offer advertises your property on over 20 separate web sites including… RentClicks.com, RentalHouses.com, Craigslist.com, RentMarketer.com and more!

• Website Listings $90 a month (plus a one-time fee of $40 for photos)

• Denver Post and the Rocky Mountain News advertising, a 3-line ad costs approximately $13 per day.  We do recommend the additional cost of putting your property on the newspapers web site, a $10 charge.

We ask that you consider these options for advertising and then notify us in writing, which you prefer. Also, we ask that when you wish to discontinue advertising that you notify us in writing via the postal service or e-mail as soon as possible.
