Leasing includes the showing of your unit, screening of potential tenants (credit reports, rental references, employment and income verification) preparation of the lease, collection of the security deposit and providing a property condition report to the new tenant at the lease signing.

Prior to showing your unit, TEL Investments will inspect and recommend any cleaning or repairs necessary to present your property in its best condition.

MAINTENANCE
